1. Agreement

2. The service
NiniTaxBot provides a client document portal, AI-assisted document classification and data extraction, a review queue, and data files prepared for import into third-party tax software workflows. NiniTaxBot does not calculate taxes, prepare or file returns, or provide tax, legal or accounting advice.
3. Professional responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all extracted data before export and for all returns, filings and advice they provide. AI-generated output may contain errors.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Customers are responsible for their users' credentials and activity and must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
5. Customer data

6. Third-party software
Canopy, Lacerte, UltraTax CS and Drake are trademarks of their respective owners. Winthco is not affiliated with or endorsed by them and is not responsible for third-party software or changes to their import features or APIs.
